TODAY’s RAMBLINGS:
Not only am I on time with my Color Challenge: Patriarch, but it feels great to not only have a concept but pictures edited and ready to post only 1 day after the start of the color week! YES!! I’ve been on it! I used this weeks’ color as a sort of redemption for past purple weeks, in truth, I pretty much felt like I failed with Plum and Eggplant week. Although the clothes are great, I just wasn’t feeling how I put the outfits together, basically I just feel like I didn’t do the purple family any justice. This week however, I absolutely love this look! I just dig how it all went together and even though I’ve owned this top for years now, I’ve never blogged it for some silly reason. Better late then never right?

I’ve been having a ton of fun with the color challenges lately and can’t believe we’re on week 38! I’ll be sad to see the challenge come to an end, but I’ve found a ton of new blogs because of it. Checking the comments section every week and seeing everyone’s creativity and personal take on the colors has been fantastic, though I’ve been a quieter participant and haven’t commented on many blogs, I do read them ladies and enjoy all the pictures!  Next week is Melon, hmm.. I think I might have an idea for this, guess we’ll see next week!

TODAY’s RAMBLINGS:
It took me 2 days, but I finally found the floral pumps Epoque offered for the seasons hunt! The first time, I was lagged pretty bad and kept finding the “fake” sharks, the second time I popped in, everything rezzed very quickly and I found the shark in about 5 mins, which made me squeal in delight. I did say I loved this top from Cynful and had to blog it twice in row. Last time was very casual, this time around, I dressed it up with this gorgeous skin that Glam Affair sent out as a gift for 4th of July. Crazy gorgeous and makes my avi look more mature. I dig it.

TODAY’s RAMBLINGS:
I’m so excited!! For the first time in months I’m actually on time for my color challenge!! This Color Challenge: Lemon was actually incredibly easy; mostly because yellows are my favorite colors, both in RL and SL, so I usually gravitate towards it when making my clothing choices. The bright fun color always lifts my mood and makes me smile, seriously, how can you not be happy in such a festive color? Can I please point out that not only is my top a gorgeous color but it’s friggin’ kick ass as well? Lovin’ this newly released top from Cynful, crazy cute with the off the shoulder look, billowy sleeves and cropped bottom. I was diggin’ it as soon as I saw it on the NC Cynthia sent out and was even MORE excited when I found that it also came in yellow. I had to have it and use it for this challenge, nothing else would’ve worked for me.

Next week is Patriarch, which looks to be a beautiful royal purple. I hope I don’t have too much trouble with it and continue to be on time!
