TODAY’s RAMBLINGS: I spent most of today chillin’ in my barely somethings and not leaving my skybox while on grid.. or offline re-watching season 4 of The Office. I’m up the season 5 now and have seen all of season 6 so far. DAMN I LOVE THIS SHOW! I’m such a Jim and Pam fan… I really want my own JIM one day (tall, incredibly boyish and simply wonderful), their love story is just way too cute, plus I love the jokester Jim character.

when Bella Bombast of Uzuri drops some awesome LOVE on me. I nearly fell over everyone at the show as I got up and rushed home strip down and check out all of Bella’s newness. I first tried on the skins.. and my BUDDHA!! I stood there staring at myself for a good 5 mins because the skin is so gorgeously rich! My favorite are the Indigo eyes (lovers me some blue eyeshadow!) with the natural lips.
One, I’m very much a natural lip girl in rl with only sheer to light pink glosses on my lips (since they already naturally have color), so the Natural lips got me right off the bat, there’s also other lipstick choices ranging from Hot Pink to the nude Peach.
Second, I didn’t have to change my shape!
Third, the skin color is just amazing. Being a woman of color (aka dark ass Asian rofl) in RL, I always appreciate dark skin tones in SL when they’re done correctly. Sometimes I feel like some skin makers don’t take enough care when they go to a color darker than a sun-kissed tan. The makeup just doesn’t look right or the skin color is sorta just ashy and doesn’t have that rich luster I love so much.
So I had to IM Bella and tell her how amazing her newness was and we got into this conversation about making what you love first in SL. I dig her outlook as in.. everything she makes for her store Uzuri, she made because she wanted to wear it herself. So there’s an incredible level of personal care.. because let’s face it, when it comes to our own personal looks, we’re ALL awesomely vain and have the right to be! I do the same thing with blogging. I blog the awesomeness I find, what I’m obsessed with and what I’m rockin while running around the grid that day; it’s all about that love of fashion! Oh! The jacket is all PRIM! YES! There isn’t a clothing layer so you’re able to wear this jacket (consisting of 3 different attachments) with basically damn near everything (yayyy!)
SL Fashion honestly makes me feel like a kid in a candy store, especially when there’s some new kick ass releases that makes me squeal in all sorts of delight and makes me think of a million idea on how to incorporate them into my everyday wardrobe.
Bella you rock all sorts of HARDCORE!

TODAY’s RAMBLINGS: I popped into So Many Styles the other day after my girl Nic (aka blogger extraordinaire!) told me about the sale, although I didn’t pick up any sales items, I did buy this cute dress and a few other new releases I hadn’t had a chance to get my hands on! Me + Sales = dangerous, because more than likely I’ll always end up over spending. Today has been uneventful..but I like that, it means less things for me to stress over. I have, however, rediscovered my addiction to the game FROOTCAKE and have forced my cuzzo Token to play with me when I’m online… downside.. the boy is getting good and keeps screwing me over. DAMN YOU TOKEN!

TODAY’s RAMBLINGS: I’ve contemplated for a while what compromising positions I could put Burger in, a few days ago on Flickr, someone by the name of Kissyface favorites one of my pic, so naturally I popped over to her page and check out her stream (yeaa I’m a Flickr ho! I admit it) and all her pics were so gorgeous, I also noticed she did some pictures for a pose shop named WDK. I had never been there before so I popped in to check it out and pick up the GOOD MORNING pose because it was just too cute, plus everything there was so affordable! All couple poses ranged from 50-100Ls with a fat pack of all poses going for less than 300Ls, damn I love me a bargain! Anyhoo, so going on the idea of being woken up in the morning by a yummy man; (seriously.. is there a BETTER way to wake up??) this post honestly naturally wrote itself!
I put Burger in some of the best guy undies in SL, I love men in boxer briefs and Casa Del Shai makes an awesome pair! Burger is convinced that men’s skins on SL just don’t have enough body hair so he put some on.. and I honestly didn’t even know a store of JUST body hair existed! So for you body hair lovers, check out Body Hair Shop. The positions I’m in doesn’t show off how cute the top from SK Designs really is, I’m digging the single nipple slip it has going on. Sergio’s clothes are way cute, the textures are beautiful and everything is so incredibly affordable, plus he’s very sweet! I popped in late one night to pick up the Insomnian top and there was Sergio looking all adorable and we had a quick convo. I love seeing designers in their own stores, gives me a chance to let them know how much of a fan I am of their work, without seeming like a stalkerish chick! LOL!
I had so much fun on this shoot and while Burger and I were on voice, I made an innocent comment about his body hair that I doubt he’ll ever let me forget lol!
Bubs: Wow Burger.. I know we just became friends but I really didn’t expect to have you stick something prickly between my legs so soon (I was referring to his hairy legs when one of the poses had me straddling his thigh) Burger: Yea.. I’m just gonna file that under Freudian Slip. We know what’s on your mind!
